As long as you DO NOT use the [>NF<] Noobs Forever Server name and tags, you can set up as many servers as you like. I won't endorse servers run by others, and ANYONE using the [>NF<] Server name and tags will be banned forever from NF and any other servers I might own for the rest of eternity for any game.
If you are going to run your own server, it would be pretty disrespectful to denote any relationship to an existing one. I'm sure it took a long time for this server to achieve its current popularity and trying to piggy-back off that instead of building your own name is a shortcut that could only hurt this server (you are essentially trying to attract players from here).
I probed the list of servers for a while once i installed ET and almost all of them were trash and lots of them never had any fellow humans. This is the first server I ran into that I cared to revisit and it is only gets better. The personalities of Pedro and several regular players really enhance the entertainment value of the game. Cultivating all of that isn't going to come easy and nobody is going to welcome you to take partial credit for their work.
