VirtualDub is simply the most widely used freeware utility for video capturing, processing, conversion and editing. Just click on File > Open video file and select "Image sequence" from the drop down menu. That will assemble all your TGA's (or other image file sequences in most formats) into a video. You can then define all video processing settings (codec, compression, filters, etc.) and easily add audio tracks. I don't know why I even bother replying to annoobs (annoying noobs).

CamStudio is what I use for capturing video, including ET videos. Using VistaTrash or 7Garbage? Die IRL.

 From now on I'm gonna ask what OS the person asking for help is using before replying. If its not XP or Linux, then you're on your own.
