[FAQ] WHY AM I BANNED?

If a member of the [>NF<] Servers administration determines that a player does not fit the style of an [>NF<] Server, is breaking rules, is being toxic or is acting in any way that we consider inadequate, that player may be banned from any or all of our servers at our discretion and without any previous warning.
By "being toxic" we mean using slurs of any kind with the clear intention of insulting other players. That definition does not include using slurs between friends or in jokes not intended to be offensive. Engaging in gameplay-related actions like door/spawn camping, placing traps around players' bases/spawns and any other actions not explicitly banned by the rules of a specific server IS allowed. If you're a touchy-feely, politically correct snowflake who can't take a joke and gets easily offended, the [>NF<] Servers are NOT the place for you.
If a member of the [>NF<] Servers administration observes behavior by a player on forums discussions or on other servers that we consider inadequate, that player may be banned from any or all of our servers at our discretion, even if they never actually joined our servers.
Bans may also be applied to players based on bans on servers whose admins we share bans with. With very few exceptions, all bans are permanent and there is no "appeal process". When a player is banned, I block them from my profile and any further attempts by that player to contact me will be treated as stalking/harrassment and dealt with accordingly.
Game servers are not democracies. Server owners and/or admins are completely free to ban anyone at any time for whatever reason without owing any kind of explanation to anyone. We want people who play on our servers to have a good time, not to add even more stress to their already stressfull lives, so anyone that we believe might jeopardize that will be blocked from playing on them.
